Board Game UNO
This is a super popular filler with a rich history.
Basic rules of the game
- Deal 7 cards to everyone;
- Put one card in the center of the table;
- Discard cards one at a time on your turn, use special cards and intercept the turn with a complete match until someone gets rid of the last one - they win the round!
A card can be discarded if:
- On your turn - the card matches the color and face value of the top card of the pile on the table;
- On your and someone else`s turn - the card matches the top card in the pile both in color and face value. In this case, you can "intercept the turn" and discard a card out of turn.
If you cannot discard a card, draw the top card from the deck and pass the turn to the next player.
Special cards
Picture cards:
- force the next player to miss a turn;
- force the next player to draw two cards;
- change the direction of the players` moves.
Black cards:
- change the current color;
- force the opponent to miss a turn and draw four cards.
End of round and end of game
When laying out the penultimate card, the player must shout «UNO!», warning that he has only one card left. If he forgets to shout, he must draw 4 cards from the deck.
The round ends when the player plays the last card. His opponents receive penalty points for the cards they have left. Number cards give penalty points equal to their face value, picture cards give twenty points, and black cards give fifty points.
The game ends when someone scores two hundred points. That player loses. The player with the fewest points wins.
