Beating the goods
We stick the "Fragile" label on all fragile products according to the delivery packing standards, but sometimes during transportation there is a beating. Nova Post Global itself is responsible for the goods during transportation. We always insure the goods for the full value, so in the event of a fight, you need to contact the delivery company to draw up an Act on damage to the product. After it is assembled, they will compensate you for the cost of broken goods and you can order the goods from us again.
Defective goods
We check all products of our production for defects when completing the order. If you find a defect in the product, we can give you a personal discount for your next purchase.
Pre-order goods
Goods made under preorder for the client are not subject to exchange / return.
In all other cases
We do not offer refunds for international shipping.
