• Is it possible to pick up?
  We are not able to have a physical store address, so we accept all orders online.
• How long does it take to make a pre-order board game?
  It depends on the game itself, the complexity of its production, configuration, and order queue. In general, it can take from 7 to 14 working days (if it is our production, otherwise need to check with the supplier).
• Can the configuration of the game be different?
  Yes, of course! If there are no specific elements in stock - we change them to similar ones, so the appearance, decor and accessories may differ, but we always agree with the client.
• Is there delivery abroad?
  Yes, we ship the goods to most countries of the world with full prepayment. You can get acquainted with tariffs and a list of countries here.
• Can I cancel the order?
  Yes, you can cancel the order, but the funds for it will not be refunded.
• I want to return the game and get a refund. Is this possible?
  We do not provide refunds on international orders.
