Privacy policy

  1. The PlayTale online store (hereinafter - the online store), in order to protect the rights of Internet users and viewers, their personal data, guided by the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data", establishes the following privacy rules, which apply exclusively within the online store.
  2. The privacy policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing the User`s personal data.
  3. The online store has the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy by posting its new edition in the appropriate section of the online store.
  4. An online store reviewer is a person who performs a superficial review of the online store without ordering any services or goods. The viewer views the pages of the online store solely for the purpose of familiarization, without reporting any personal data about himself.
  5. A user is a person who has expressed a firm intention to use the services offered on the pages of the online store.
  6. The user, realizing his intention to pay for the services offered on the pages of the online store, by providing his personal data (surname and first name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address), creates legal relations related to the protection and processing of personal data, which are aimed at protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen, in particular the right to non-interference in personal life, in connection with the processing of personal data.
  7. The User provides personal data for the purpose of order confirmation, delivery of ordered goods or services, communication of the online store representative with the User, sending the User advertising messages and other actions for which the User`s consent will be obtained separately.
  8. The User`s personal data are not transferred to third parties (except for courier or postal delivery services), are used exclusively by the online store and are protected in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data".
  9. The User`s personal data is provided through the shopping cart, as well as when the User registers in the Personal account, while forming a login and password for access to the Personal account.
  10. Responsibility for saving, disclosing or losing the login and password to the Personal account rests entirely with the User.
  11. Mandatory personal data is provided by the User during registration in the information and telecommunications system of the Internet store and is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.
  12. The User`s provision of their personal data through the online store basket, as well as during the User`s registration of the Personal account, means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User`s personal data.
  13. The online store ensures the confidentiality of personal data, preventing their distribution without the consent of the User or the presence of another legal basis.
  14. The User has the right to stop using the Online Store site by deleting his Personal Account, which automatically deletes all personal data provided by the User.
  15. The user is solely responsible for the reliability and correctness of the personal data he provides to the online store.
  16. The online store bears no responsibility for unauthorized third-party access to the User`s Personal account, if this occurred using the User`s current login and password.
  17. The user undertakes to use complex passwords consisting of numbers and letters of different case.
  18. The user has the right, and in case of loss or disclosure - the obligation to change the access password to the Personal account using the corresponding function of the online store.
  19. The processing of the User`s personal data is carried out without limitation of time, in any legal way, until the moment of deletion of the Personal account.
  20. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the online store informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
  21. The online store takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User`s personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties, gives the User the opportunity to change (update) at any time , supplement, delete) personal information provided to them or part of it.
  22. In the event of unauthorized use of personal data, the User is obliged to immediately notify the support service of users of the online store at the email address [email protected], and take measures to change the password for access to the Personal account.
  23. Completing the registration of the Personal account or placing an order through the online store basket is an indisputable fact that the User has familiarized himself with these rules of the Privacy Policy.
