Heroes
- Pandora. Pandora`s Box — is a special set of seven cards of misfortune, each of which can depict several feather symbols and a certain effect. At the start of your turn, you reveal the top misfortune card and activate its effect, then stop or reveal another one. You can continue to reveal misfortune cards until you decide to stop, or until you have collected three or more feathers — in which case Pandora suffers a number of wounds equal to the number of revealed misfortune cards. At the end of your turn, you shuffle all misfortune cards back into one pile — both revealed and undiscovered.
- Blackbeard. During the game, the legendary pirate uses three doubloons, which can be either in his own supply or in the treasury. At the start of his turn, Blackbeard can pay (give to the treasury) one doubloon to gain an additional action. Many of Blackbeard`s cards have additional effects that can be activated if opponents choose not to pay (give from the treasury) the pirate`s doubloons. Blackbeard also loses doubloons when he is wounded.
- Loki. Loki`s deck contains deception cards that can be played by both Loki and his opponents! Each such card has two different effects depending on whether Loki or another player plays it. When you play a deception card, you do not discard it, but instead it goes into your opponent`s hand - and then he can play it as his own (but the effect will not be as pleasant). Only after your opponent plays a deception card will it go into your discard pile. However, if your opponent discards a deception card, you can add it to your hand or the top of the deck. In addition, Loki adds 1 to his movement for each deception card in the opponents` hands.
- Chupacabra. Playing as Chupacabra, after each attack you can get a card into your hand.
What is Unmatched?
Anyone, anywhere! Unmatched is an unrivaled series of asymmetrical duels, in which the most unexpected opponents compete in strength and tactical tricks. Each hero of the series has his own figure, a unique deck of cards and skills. Each issue of the series is a full-fledged independent game, but can be combined with heroes and maps of any other releases, which makes it possible to create the most unexpected duels and gives the series a unique charm.
The basic rules of Unmatched are unchanged. To win, you need to reset the opponent`s hero`s life to zero. Players take turns. On their turn, a player performs any two actions — maneuver (take a card into your hand and move your fighters), trick (play a trick card) and/or attack (attack an enemy fighter, opponents choose attack and defense cards).
