In each game, participants will rise to the head of one of the famous city-states of ancient Greece to lead it to prosperity to the envy of rivals and gain the unquestionable respect of their own citizens.
Each city is a unique combination of abilities, strategies, possible tactical decisions and game mechanics. The asymmetric gameplay guarantees a variety of games and the opportunity to build a unique style of play.
Gameplay
The game lasts for nine rounds. Each round, participants will perform 2 of 7 possible actions. They will:
It is up to you to choose what you will do in the current round, but the dice you roll at the beginning of your turn will determine your ability to perform a particular action. If the values you have dropped do not suit you - citizens are always happy to help their ruler.
Development and progress
As you develop your city, you will move the military, economic and cultural markers along the corresponding tracks. The higher these indicators become, the greater your chances of obtaining the next achievement in a timely manner.
So, increase the glory of your city, collect taxes, encourage the development of philosophical thought and culture, and you will certainly engrave your name in the memory of citizens.
