Board Game Happy Dim Sum
Dim Sum – traditional Chinese delicacies that are enjoyed in the morning with tea. A light snack, not a hearty meal. However, this time you and your friends know no bounds, tasting different flavors. Who will last longer than the others?
This is a fast-paced card game about Asian fast food, in which players treat each other. The game combines a cute design and a fun dynamic gameplay.
How to play
At the beginning of the game, each player receives 5 cards, and then the cards of the dishes of the day are shuffled into a deck. Players take turns. On their turn, the player draws 2 cards from the deck. If the dish of the day is encountered — puts it in the center of the table, and then can perform up to 3 actions:
- Serve the same dim sum to any player. You can even serve it with tea. Or just tea. The only thing you can`t treat yourself to is those snacks that the player already has a full set of.
- Play action cards, the properties of which help you argue about paying the bill and discard the set laid out, or vice versa — force your opponents to treat themselves to dim sum from their own hands (it`s hard to refuse a grandmother).
- Discard a card from your hand. As soon as the player has no cards left in his hand, he draws 3 new ones from the deck.
The player is out of the game when he becomes full — that is, he finds himself in front of 3 full sets of dim sum, which are currently considered the dishes of the day. As soon as there is only one player left at the table who has not yet eaten, he is declared the winner. If the deck is empty, then the penalty points for the dishes in front of the players begin to be counted, and the winner is the hungriest, that is, the one with the fewest points.
