The second season of the asymmetric card strategy about the battles of legendary heroes.
The game was a great success. Along with the new heroes, the game offers new mechanics that significantly expand the strategic possibilities of players.
Achilles vs. Bloody Mary and Sven Vukon vs. Yenenga
In the box you will find figurines, assistant tokens and decks of the following heroes:
- Achilles. The legendary ancient Greek hero who needs no further introduction. Together with his brother-in-arms Petrocles, they are a formidable force. The day Petrocles dies will be the beginning of the end of some civilization.
- Bloody Mary. A character from an English urban legend. A powerful ghost from the mirror that can cause serious problems.
- Swen Wukon (also known as Sun Wukong). The Chinese monkey king, a wise trickster. His mischief can only be matched by his otherworldly power. He can clone himself.
- Yenenga. An African princess, a legendary warrior, the mother of the Moshi people. Together with her archers, she can challenge an entire army.
Game innovations
- Hills. Special cells on the Hanging Gardens playing field. An attacker on a hill gets +1 to attack against the defender whose cell the arrow points to.
- Swen Wukon Clones. At the beginning of his turn, Sven Vukon can take 1 wound to place his clone token on an adjacent cell.
- Additional attacks. The hero cards in this set have additional attacks. The additional attack is activated by the AFTER BATTLE effect. It is performed by the same attacker against the same defender.
Gameplay
The basic rules of Unmatched have not changed. To win, you must reset the opponent`s hero`s life to zero. Players take turns. On their turn, a player performs any two actions - maneuver (take a card into their hand and move their fighters), dodge (play a dodge card), and/or attack (attack an enemy fighter, opponents choose attack and defense cards).
