Board Game Takenoko - Chibis

Here is the edition dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the game. The new edition has improved design and improved game balance. The description and rules for laying out panda tokens have been slightly changed in the addition. 

This is a touching addition to the wonderful board game «Takenoko». The set includes new plot tiles, new task cards and additional bamboo segments... But the most important thing is that another panda now appears in the imperial garden, this time - a girl! Together with the panda boy, they will be able to have offspring. If you want to make the base game deeper and more diverse, PlayTale strongly recommends purchasing this expansion.

Panda and the Panda Cubs

Panda enters the game when a plot with her cub is first added. Whenever a new plot with Panda`s image is laid out, her figure moves to this plot. Panda can also be moved like a regular figure - in straight lines. The player chooses who to move - Panda or Panda.

Panda does not eat bamboo. When she gets on the same plot with Panda, they have a baby. The player who moved the Panda Girl exchanges one bamboo section for a baby panda token of the corresponding color.

Upon receiving a baby panda token, the player immediately applies its bonus:

• receives an improvement token
• takes an irrigation canal
• takes a new task card

Each baby panda token brings two points at the end of the game.
