Paradise Lost

Stories of the lost planet of Ixt — a legendary cosmic paradise — have been passed down from generation to generation. But when a research expedition set out through a mysterious wormhole, what they found was far from a magical haven. It was an isolated prison for the gene-wizards of the Mahakts — tyrannical rulers of the galaxy, imprisoned by the Lasax Empire in the distant past.

Now that the secret has been revealed and the colonists’ reckless actions have broken the ancient seals, darkness is once again unleashed. The Mahakts seek to reclaim their power and exact bloody revenge. They distort flesh, subdue minds, and turn worlds into raging infernos — and nothing will stop their march through the stars.

This is an addition to the epic science fiction strategy game «Twilight Imperium. Fourth Edition», which significantly expands the gameplay. New factions join the fight for galactic hegemony, and the number of players can now reach eight.
