Night terrors are again disturbing researchers, and it is not surprising, because the ancient gods never sleep, they are just waiting for the moment to return to this world. You need to stay sane, because only you can resist these terrible creatures, cultists around the world are trying to find a way to summon their masters and when they succeed - be ready to fight back against the powerful ancient gods.

This is a standalone add-on to the cooperative board game "Cthulhu. Death May Die".

As in every game in the series, you will play the role of researchers who are desperately trying to survive in a world where the ancient gods will soon come. Evil, the power of which is difficult to measure in the dimensions known to humans. The expansion adds a lot of new features to the game, from new explorers to new episodes and ancient ones.

However, there is no need to worry, because the basic rules remain the same for both the expansion and the base board game.

Get ready to plunge into a world of previously unknown rules

The expansion adds a new set of rules with additional elements, which in total will allow you to complicate any game, add new rules to any episode, new monsters, as well as new relics that can help explorers grab at least some ray of hope for victory.

In addition to these additional rules, the expansion will be able to please you with new episodes and explorers, which can be used together with elements from other games in the series. Thus, the level of replayability increases proportionally with the number of new, unique combinations of researchers and opponents. In addition, the expansion will add new episodes to the game, which can be played both as a standalone game and together with other episodes from the base board game.

The expansion will be a great gift for any fan of the base board game. However, PlayTale recommends using it not only as a standalone board game, but also as a source of new content for the base version of the game.
