Board Game Illusion

An unusual party filler with optical illusions.

The set includes 12 indicator cards and 98 picture cards. The back of the picture card indicates the percentage of colors. During the game, players arrange the cards in a row in increasing percentage of the color specified by the indicator card. Incredulous players can initiate a check. The first to score three points wins the game.

Gameplay

Two decks are shuffled separately. One indicator card and one picture card are revealed.

Players take turns. The active player:

• either takes the top card from the deck of pictures and finds a place for it in the row (in increasing percentage of the current color);
• or initiates a check if it seems to him that the sequence is broken. All cards in the row are turned over. If the row is made correctly, that is, the percentage of the current color gradually increases, the indicator card is given to the previous player (who laid out the last card). If the player finds an error, he takes the indicator card for himself.

After checking, the cards are discarded. The player who received the indicator card starts the next round, revealing a new indicator card and a new card with a picture. Play continues until someone collects three indicator cards. This player is declared the winner.
