Room 25 Full Edition Survival Game
Players become participants in the reality show "Room 25". They are transferred to a prison complex consisting of 25 rooms. The rooms are equipped with all kinds of traps, including deadly ones. Only one room contains an exit. Participants must find it.
Before the start of the game, players receive tablets and character chips, tokens of basic actions and adrenaline. The rooms are laid out face-to-face according to a special scheme of a 5 by 5 square. Character chips are placed in the central room.
Game flow
The number of rounds depends on the game mode and the number of participants. The game lasts from 6 to 10 rounds. Each round consists of three phases:
- Planning
All players choose 2 action tokens each and place them face down on special places on the tablets. You can choose an adrenaline token - this is the third action.
- Actions
In the order of the move, the participants play out the first planned actions first, and then the second. After that, the selected adrenaline tokens are played. The adrenaline token works as a wild card, allowing you to perform any basic action.
Basic actions:
- Look. The player takes the room tile adjacent to his character`s tile. He looks at her without showing anyone. Only the color of the room can be communicated to other players.
- Go. Move your character`s token to the next room. If the tile of the room is closed, it must be turned upside down. Then the room effect is applied.
- Push. Move another character`s token (which is in the same room as the player`s token) to the next room. If the tile of the room is closed, it must be turned upside down. Then the room effect is applied.
- Manage. Move the row or column with the room where the player`s character token is located - one cell in any direction. The pushed out room is placed at the beginning of the row.
- Countdown
Players return used action tokens and transfer the first character token on the round counter.
Types of rooms
- Simple rooms. The central room where the heroes start. A key room to activate in co-op mode. And rescue room #25.
- Green rooms. Safe. Allows you to peek into closed rooms, switch rooms, move a row or teleport a character to a room with a tunnel.
- Yellow rooms. They move the character to the central room, prohibit the use of the "Look" action, take away one planned action, etc.
- Red rooms. Dangerous Kill characters or become unavailable for the rest of the game.
Rescue. How to win the game?
In co-op, players must activate a key room, find room #25, enter it, and then push it out with the Control action. They win if they manage to leave the complex before the end of the game.
In suspicion mode, players receive secret role tokens - prisoners and guards. The prisoners must find room #25, enter it and push it out with the "Manage" action. Guards must prevent prisoners from leaving the complex. They win if two prisoners die or if the prisoners fail to escape before the end of the game.
