Game about mouse and clock
In the game you will control the mice that will move with the hands of the cuckoo clock. Collect items, earn points for them and try to fill up your item finder pad.
The game round ends after the minute hand has completely rotated. When the minute hand stops at the next number, mice can jump onto the cell to apply its effect, or jump onto the hand to reach another cell.
The mice at the end of the arrow are the first to be activated. They have an advantage, but there is a risk that they will be knocked off the arrow. The game ends after the fifth revolution of the minute hand, when the hour hand points north. The player with the most points wins!
Game progress
- Move the minute hand to the next number on the clock.
- Activate each mouse on the minute hand from the end to the beginning of the hand.
- Activate each mouse inside the cell indicated by the minute hand according to the priority track.
Mouse movement
The player whose mouse is activated chooses an action.
The mouse on the minute hand can perform one of two actions:
- STAY your position on the minute hand
OR
- JUMP to the outer part of the cell indicated by the arrow, pick up the token (if there is one there) and APPLY the cell effect.
A mouse inside a cell can do one of two things:
- Move to the outside of the cell, pick up the token (if there is one there) and APPLY the cell effect.
OR
- JUMP to the minute hand.
If there is no free space on the arrow, the mouse takes the place at the beginning of the arrow, moves each mouse 1 position and pushes the mouse at the end of the arrow. If the mouse is pushed off the arrow, it can jump to the outside of the cell the arrow is pointing to OR jump to the outside of the previous cell.
Cell effects allow:
- Search for items by taking tokens from the bag.
- Go to the little spider`s shop for tokens.
- Exchange tokens with mice of the same color that are in the same location or on an arrow pointing to that location.
- Jump forward with the mouse up to 3 locations.
- Receive a pustun token or move it.
- Get a loyalty card.
- Climb the clock chain with your climber to score victory points.
When mice deliver items, the player receives victory points for each item token delivered and bonus tokens from favor cards. The player also earns points if he completes King Cuckoo`s tasks.
End of the game
The round ends after a full revolution of the minute hand, when all the mice in cell "12" have completed their moves. The hour hand must be moved to the next number of the clock. The game ends when the hour hand reaches 12.
Get additional victory points at the end of the game:
- Earn 5 points for each row and column you complete on your item finder tablet.
- Collect all the remaining item tokens on your mouse cards and score them as you would for the first part of the item delivery (without completing the quests and placing the tokens on the search pad).
The player with the most points wins and wins the favor of the Cuckoo King.
