The Zone has felt the touch of the Source, the heart of the dead forests, which pulsates with metaphysical energy and is supposedly able to change reality according to the desires of people. Its distorted essence has become even more bizarre and unpredictable — new horrors roam these lands. Will you have enough endurance and intelligence to not only find the Source, but also survive the encounter with its anomalous power? Welcome… or rather, I sympathize with you, seeker.

This is an addition to the atmospheric adventure game «Zona - The Secret of Chernobyl» in the world of a radioactive disaster, containing new components for the base version, seekers and game mechanics. Journeys into forbidden territories will become even more diverse and dangerous thanks to new event, item, encounter, companion, and luck cards.

What`s new?

The expansion offers:

• New Seekers. Take on the role of a deserter or a mechanic.
• Endurance Dice. A new type of dice gives a higher chance of success, but a higher risk of increasing fatigue or exposure during the check.
• Travel Encounters. You can declare a travel encounter with another seeker in a shared or adjacent location. Seekers take two white and two black cards, secretly choose one and play its effects. White cards allow seekers to restore strength or receive trinkets, black — inflict damage to the opponent.
• Luck Cards. Each seeker receives two cards that allow them to influence their own fate. Luck cards can be used as a bonus to the roll during the check or revealed, activating its effect.
• Companions. Reliable helpers with unique abilities that will help on a dangerous journey.
• New Event Deck. Events available in the bunker.
• Questions. Some events start tasks, thanks to the completion of which you will receive rare items or solve mysteries.
• Team Game Mode. The mode allows four players to play in teams, sharing the victory.
