Double auction

Before the game starts, the house and check cards are shuffled into separate decks. In the first half of the game, the house deck is used, and in the second - check cards. Players receive starting banknotes. The game consists of two stages:

1. Buying houses

As many cards as there are players are opened from the house deck. Players take turns placing bets. The first player places a certain amount of banknotes. The next player must either double the bet or fold.

If a player folds, he takes the cheapest house card and returns half of his current bet. The last remaining player takes the most expensive house card and returns the entire amount to the bank.

New house cards are revealed. The phase continues until all the houses are sold off by the participants.

2. House Sale

Cards are revealed from the deck of checks according to the number of players. Each participant chooses one house card and places it face down in front of him. The house cards are revealed simultaneously. Players sort the check cards in order of house value - from the most expensive to the cheapest.

Used house cards are discarded. New check cards are revealed. The phase continues until the participants sell all houses.

End of the game

At the end of the game, the participants sum up the denominations of the check cards and add unspent banknotes to them. The richest player becomes the winner.
