The Pellenice Woods—an idyllic, well-groomed, and sophisticated place—was the jewel in the crown of the Winged Dynasties before the clearing was handed over to the Greathawk family after the Great Civil War. Now the Wingeds are regaining their strength and trying to reclaim all of the Woodland, but times have changed—not everyone is interested in subjugating the Dynasties. Everyone has their own opinion on whether the Woods should remain independent and how to achieve that.

This is a board role-playing game about forest dwellers and the struggle for justice, freedom, money and power. Play as a bargeman - animals who have left the "civilized" forest communities, either as a result of exile or of their own free will, and are no longer tied to any place or faction. Big fights and cunning robberies, dangerous adventures and fun antics, ambitious missions and countless treasures await you!

Based on the award-winning board game «Root - A Game of Woodland Might and Right», which allows you to immerse yourself in the vicissitudes of the Forest Land and create your own adventure stories in this dangerous and only at first glance innocent world.
