The town of Bertram`s Cove is an invaluable logistical resource for all around and an important part of Murkisat`s military needs. The commandant of Murkisat has set a reward for the capture of local rebel pirates of the Forest Alliance, and in particular, the most famous rebel, Captain Sparrow. But she has no idea that the real leader of the opposition is another local resident, who is currently preparing an attack on a Murkisat-funded hospital.

This is a board role-playing game about forest dwellers and the struggle for justice, freedom, money and power. Play as a bargeman - animals who have left the "civilized" forest communities, either as a result of exile or of their own free will, and are no longer tied to any place or faction. Big fights and cunning robberies, dangerous adventures and fun antics, ambitious missions and countless treasures await you!

Based on the award-winning board game «Root - A Game of Woodland Might and Right», which allows you to immerse yourself in the vicissitudes of the Forest Land and create your own adventure stories in this dangerous and only at first glance innocent world.
