Board Game Ark Nova

Ukrainian localization of the classic Euro-game on the theme of zoo management. The massive box hides a bunch of bright components, medium-complexity rules and many opportunities for strategy.

The game is built on the principles of long-term strategy when adapting to the game situation. Different goal cards and more than 200 zoo cards used in each game provide high replayability - each game will be unique and exciting.

Game principle

• To plan and design your own zoo, you need to place animals in newly built enclosures, as well as attract environmental projects, expert experience and unique buildings.
• In the center of the table is the zoo card market and 4 tracks: breaks (game phases), reputation, attractiveness, and nature conservation. To win, you need to level up the last two.
• On your own board, players will place enclosures with animals, workers, coins, and markers.

Cunning activation mechanics

Each player has 5 card slots. When drawing a card, the slot in which it is located will play an important role, as it indicates the strength of the action. After drawing, the used card is moved to the beginning, and all the others are shifted to the right. Such original mechanics do not give a chance to use repeated strong actions and force you to plan carefully. In addition, each card can be "pumped", in particular by turning it over with a stronger effect.

The following actions are available to players:

• obtaining new zoo cards
• building enclosures, kiosks or pavilions
• placing animals
• performing special tasks and projects
• attracting sponsors or collecting savings
