COOPERATIVE FAMILY FAIRY TALE
A magical fairy tale game that invites players to take part in an unforgettable adventure. This is the best gift that parents can give their children. The chapters in the fairy tale book are unique scenarios with excellent initial conditions, starting fragments of the modular field and various tasks that the team of brave mice must complete. The participants become the main characters of an amazing story, influencing the development of events and plot twists. Players act together, confronting the game mechanics. They must reach the goal of the scenario before the hourglass token matches the end of the chapter token.
IN A FAR KINGDOM...
...in a far away kingdom there lived a king Endon, and he had a son - Prince Collin, and he had no wife - she passed away when Collin was very young. Endon was a good king, he ruled like a God - wisely, creatively and justly. But his soul ached, and his heart cried for his lost beloved. And then, one day, a guest from the thirty-ninth kingdom-state of Darkland arrived at the king. She was beautiful as a goddess and had a beautiful name - Venestra. It is not surprising that Endon fell under her spell - a few weeks later he announced that he was marrying Venestra. And immediately lay down, killed by a strange illness. Too weak to fulfill his royal duties, he handed over the reins of power to Venestra.
And dark times came. Prince Collin wanted to banish Venestra, but was caught by the queen`s soldiers and thrown into prison with his supporters. Fortunately, one of Collin`s cellmates was the royal mystic Magicus. With the help of a stolen lock of Venestra`s hair, he created a magic spell and turned the prisoners into little mice... Mouse Collin, wizard Magicus, thief Steer, archer Lily, blacksmith Nez, healer Tilda. Now they had the opportunity to escape the castle, and later, if they succeeded, take revenge on the evil queen.
GAME PROCESS
The participants in the game choose heroes, ability cards of the corresponding classes and equipment cards. Cheese is the main game resource, without it you will not be able to use the abilities. Players take turns, depending on the position of their initiative cards. Each time the encounter cards are revealed, the initiative changes - the mouse cards are shuffled and placed one by one in the initiative zone, the enemy minion cards are also added there.
The active player moves, and then performs (or vice versa) one of the five possible actions - run, attack, search, explore and restore. Once per turn, the player can use an additional action - increase the level, change equipment or exchange search cards or cheese tokens with another mouse in the neighborhood. On his turn, the mouse moves, and then attacks.
MOUSE ACTIONS
Before starting the movement, the player rolls the die and adds the value that has fallen to the mouse`s movement indicator. Movement points are spent on moving to neighboring cells. Running is an additional movement after moving. The search action allows you to take a card from the search deck if an asterisk appears on the die. The research action opens new fragments of the field and, as a result, encounter cards with posipakas. The recovery action allows the mouse to get rid of stun or entanglement tokens.
Battles in the game are fought with dice. For a close attack, a melee weapon is required: the mouse attacks one posipaka in the neighborhood. The number of dice depends on the hero`s strength indicator and his bonuses. Losses are the sum of all swords and shields that have fallen. The player on the left rolls the dice for the posipaka. He sums up the fallen swords and shields and subtracts the damage value. The negative number is the number of wounds that the posipaka should receive. The figures of the killed posipakas are removed from the field, and their cards are removed from the initiative area.
During a long-range attack, the mouse attacks the posipaka with a ranged weapon. The minion must be in line of sight. The dice count the bows that have fallen. If the minion dice drop cheese, cheese tokens are added to the minion circle. When the circle is filled, the hourglass token advances and the challenge begins.
