Board Game Meadow

A game about forest trails

Create your own unique meadow, inhabited by shy animals, chirping insects and rare plants.

During the game, participants will play the roles of nature lovers who devote all their free time to studying rare species of animals and plants, exploring untouched territories and collecting knowledge about the bizarre representatives of flora and fauna.

During the day, you will wander around the surroundings of your camp, and in the evening you will tell each other about your small discoveries by the fire. In the game, you will find about two hundred unique cards with picturesque illustrations of animals, plants and landscapes.

Gameplay

Each game includes 6 (2-3 players) or 8 rounds (4 players), during which participants will take turns placing special path tokens next to the main playing field or the camp field and performing one of the following actions:

• add new cards from the main field to their hand and, if desired, play them on their meadow or surrounding territories (depending on the type of cards);
• play one of the special actions available on the camp field and (if the necessary conditions are met) complete the selected goals.

The game has four types of cards:

• cards terrain;
• observation cards;
• landscape cards;
• find cards.

The basic rule for playing cards is to create "chains" or "trails" of symbols:

• You can play each observation card only on terrain cards with matching symbols. After that, the observation card covers this symbol and the symbol from the card just played becomes available for play;
• Each find card can be played on a horizontal landscape card only if you have the corresponding symbol visible in the levada zone (it will continue to be available for observation cards)

Each of them is unique and each interacts with the others in one way or another. Special symbols will help you understand this variety and choose the optimal combinations that will provide the most points, and with them victory in the game.

Delayed openings

In the box you will find several envelopes. Open them when you have fulfilled all the necessary conditions. Inside you will find new cards that will certainly diversify your games and open up new options for combinations and choosing game strategies.
