Board Game Dice Forge

A beautiful family game with an original dice building mechanic, or dice building. During the game, you will roll dice to get resources (gold, sun shards and moon shards), which can be spent on purchasing new faces to improve your dice and perform heroic feats.

Receive divine blessings, make offerings to the gods, play reinforcement cards and modify your dice by acquiring and replacing faces to make them stronger and stronger throughout the game! The gods will grant the status of a demigod to the most worthy of you, but a difficult path full of dangerous trials lies ahead. Are you ready to become the blacksmiths of your own destiny?

Preparation for the game

Before the game starts, feat cards are laid out in piles (4 identical cards each) around the island field. The cost of feat cards must match the numbers on the islands. Players take perforated boards and place resource markers on the zero divisions of the tracks. Participants receive identical starting dice - light and dark. The first player starts the game with 3 units of gold, and each subsequent one - 1 unit less.

Gameplay

The game consists of rounds. Participants take turns. The round ends when all players have taken one turn.

Player`s turn:

1. Divine Blessing

ALL players simultaneously roll the dice and apply the effects of the rolled faces. Most often, they receive resources and move markers on the corresponding tracks of their boards.

2. Activating reinforcement cards

A player can activate their reinforcement cards once.

3. Action

A player can perform one of two actions:

• buy new dice faces.Faces are purchased for gold. You can buy as many faces as you want in one turn, but they must all be different. The new faces are immediately inserted in place of the old ones.
• buy a feat card.The player moves his token to the desired island. If another player`s token is there, it is expelled, and the owner receives a divine blessing (rolls his dice). Feat cards are purchased with resources.

4. Additional action

For 2 sun fragments, you can retake one of the two main actions.

End of the game

The game ends after the 9th round (when playing with two or four players) or the 10th round (when playing with three players). Players proceed to score points. They add up the points on the boards, tokens, and feat cards. The player with the most points wins.
