Board Game Wingspan
This is a world-famous hit that tells about an exciting activity - observing various birds in the wild.
How to play
At the beginning of the game, each participant will receive a personal tablet, where he will settle birds for observation. Deal 5 bird cards to the players, and shuffle the remaining cards into a common deck, reveal the top three cards from it, and place them within common reach. Also determine the goals for the game using special tokens and personal goal cards, and form a food base by throwing food cubes into a stylish tower in the form of a feeder. Players take turns placing birds in their usual habitat, or activating already played cards on the tablet. At this stage, you need to carefully plan your actions, as well as monitor the goals for the round.
Some birds like to settle in the forest, others - in the field, and others cannot imagine their life without a pond, lake or other body of water. Some build their nests from grass, while others build their homes among the reeds. You should also pay attention to the food, because if the bird does not get the food it needs, it will not settle in your reserve.
In general, the main mechanics of the game are tied to creating an effective "engine" from bird cards and activating their active and passive unique properties, with which you can earn victory points. The game lasts 4 rounds, and consists of a total of 26 moves. At the end of each round you receive a certain number of PB for the goals achieved. In the last round, add the eggs accumulated on the bird cards and completed personal goals to the total score, and then, according to the largest number of PB, determine the winner.
Speaking of the game components, it is very difficult to resist overwhelming delight. Wonderful illustrations of birds on the cards with their brief description, colorful boards, a wonderful tower for dice in the form of a feeder, custom dice and incredibly pleasant tactile egg figures.
This wonderful family game will undoubtedly appeal to all fans of board games. A high level of replayability is provided by 170 unique, unrepeatable bird cards, different goals (both general and personal) for each game, an exciting theme and moderate interaction between players!
