Paw to the treat!

This is a fast-paced board game, a pure concentration of cuteness and fun! Fluffy paw socks on the participants` fingers, bright fish illustrations and a fast-paced gameplay that tests the dexterity of your paws!

Only the fish market traders in Chagalichi want to take a break, and cute seals replace them behind the counter. And no matter how much they love their owners, no furry creature can resist fresh fish! And now several fluffy paws are reaching out to steal a tasty treat, just to get ahead of their rivals.

Object of the game

Be the first to place your index finger in your paw sock on a fish card suitable for collecting sets. Each set of 3 identical fish will bring you victory points - paw tokens. The winner is the one who collects the most of them.

Preparation for the game

1. Let`s start with the most pleasant: each player receives a cat`s paw sock, which should be put on their index finger!
2. Hand out tokens to the players with the cost of sets of different types of fish. 
3. If this is your first time playing or there are beginners among you, find four Squid cards in the deck and put them in the box. We will talk about their thick tentacles a little later.
4. Shuffle the deck and place it face down on the table. Create a row of face-up cards next to it, there should be 1 more than there are players.
5. Choose a fish and grab the prey!

Game progress

The game lasts several rounds. The progress of a round is as follows:

• All players choose fish cards and at the same time count to three.
• On the count of three, all participants must simultaneously cover the selected cards with their finger in their sock. You can only touch the fish at the same time, if you touch the fish later, this time your hunt is considered unsuccessful.
• If only one participant put their foot on the fish, this card goes to him. If several players chose the fish at the same time, the card is sent to the discard pile.
• Check that no one has collected two sets of three fish of the same species. If so, proceed to score points.
• If not, discard the card closest to the discard pile, replenish the row of fish to the original number and hunt again!

End of the round

Each set of three cards of the same type brings the player one or two paw tokens, depending on the type of fish. Tokens can only be obtained for one set of a certain type of fish. Cards received during the round are discarded after the exchange, and the discard is mixed into the deck. If no one has collected six paw tokens yet, create a new row of fish and start the next round.

But if at least one participant already has 6 paw tokens, this round was the last. The player with the most tokens wins.

Squid Game

If you`re up for something new, add Squid to your deck! If you manage to steal a Squid card, you can steal a random card from another player`s hand. If they have anything to steal, of course.
