15 questions, four lifelines, and a million at stake. The host reads the question aloud—everyone answers simultaneously, each on their own money track.

It’s the same studio experience, right at your table. One player takes on the role of host, picks up the deck of questions, and announces the number. Then comes silence, a few seconds of thought, and four possible answers.

The main difference from the TV show: no one gets eliminated. Everyone answers the same question at the same time using the free online companion tool, and each player moves their own marker along their money track. If you don`t know the answer, you simply stay put and wait for the next round. The game doesn`t "kill off" a player after a single mistake, so everyone stays at the table until the final question.

The host plays too—answering right along with the others—so the role isn`t a "penalty," and it can be passed around from game to game.

The questions follow a strict order—from the easiest ones to those where contestants in the studio would typically use a lifeline. Each correct answer moves you up one step. Three prize levels are guaranteed: once you reach them, you can`t drop below that amount.

How to play

1. Assemble the deck
   One card of each value— ...from 100 to 1,000,000, in ascending order. Distribute the money track cards and the arrow markers.
2. Choose a host
   They announce the number and read the question aloud. They play along with everyone else.
3. Answer simultaneously
   Everyone opens the online assistant and selects an option. No "I said it first" arguments.
4. Move the arrow
   If correct, move up one space. If incorrect, stay put and keep playing.

Four lifelines

Each can be used once per game, and no more than one per turn.

  Removes two incorrect options.
• Double Chance
  Allows you to choose two answers instead of one.
• Phone a Friend
  A real phone call and 30 seconds to discuss.
• Ask an Expert
  An answer suggestion from an expert via the assistant.

Who wins

After the 1,000,000 question, the player with the highest total wins. The final question itself doesn`t award the million—it determines the winner among those who made it the furthest.

A tie? The winner is the person who used fewer lifelines. If it`s still a tie— an extra round with no hints at all.
