Welcome to… Wasteland! Nuclear war and the subsequent apocalypse put an end to the civilized world. In its place remained the Wasteland - an irradiated landscape, dotted with destroyed cities, fallen civilizations and pockets of desperate survivors. There you can meet mutated creatures, terrible beasts and undying ghouls. Survivors are trying to restore what little they can and save as much as possible of what cannot be restored. Civilization is taking root again…

Here is a quick start booklet for the board role-playing game «Fallout». Inside you will find the basic rules of the game, pre-created characters and the starting adventure "Frequency of Machines". It contains all the information you need to start your adventures in the Wasteland!

The game is based on the cult video game series from Bethesda "Fallout", this role-playing game will take you to a post-apocalyptic future - a world destroyed by nuclear war, which has turned into a radioactive wasteland. Players will have the opportunity to explore, fight and survive in the beloved world of "Fallout" by many.

Your adventures, actions, decisions and possibilities are practically unlimited. Helping you immerse yourself in the world of "Fallout" will be the Game Master (GM) - He will be responsible for controlling the game, playing non-player characters, assigning skill checks, interpreting their results, and describing what happens as you explore the Wasteland. Before starting the game, the GM should familiarize himself with the quick start and the adventure.

To play, you will also need character sheets (like the ones presented in the quick start), dice (twenty-sided and regular six-sided, they are easy to find online or in game stores), any small objects to mark action tokens, such as poker chips or tokens from other games, or, if you want to fully immerse yourself in the theme of "Fallout", you can use real bottle caps! Also, take a few sheets of paper and pencils to take notes during your game sessions. And that`s it - you can safely begin your adventures in your favorite post-apocalyptic world!
