A game about sea battles

This is a real sea battle constructor on your table! In the box you will find 24 ship figures made of multi-colored plastic, miniature forts, a folding field 91.2 x 53.2 cm made of thick cardboard, divided into cells, as well as cardboard elements for marking islands, settlements, sea mines, treasures. Ship descriptions are indicated on 24 cards.

The authors of the game suggest using these components in two ready-made scenarios, but you can create absolutely any conditions for your parties, invent different events or simulate historical sea battles. In any case, the illustrated rule book will help you.

Different types of difficulty

Players are offered 3 different levels of difficulty depending on their experience and age:

• Lieutenant – the easiest version of the rules, suitable for playing with children.
• Captain - a more complex version of the rules, in which the usual conditions of movement, maneuvers and shooting, characteristic of wargames, are present.
• Admiral - rules in which additional calculations are made for shooting and sea movements.

Author`s scenarios

The authors offer two scenarios for different player compositions:

1. «Ocean on Fire!» - a classic duel of two fleets, where the goal is to capture the port of the opposing faction and defeat its ships.
2. «Grant us success in battle, Jolly Roger» - an asymmetric battle between a pirate fleet and Spanish ships carrying gold. One needs to capture the gold, and the other - bring it intact to the port.

But, as you already understood, the game components and detailed rules for the actions of ships on the playing field allow you to create any number of your own scenarios!
